We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Foodservice Sales Manager to lead our foodservice team. This dynamic role requires a hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach and will focus on driving sales across all segments. What You Will Do
- Take ownership of and manage the sales funnel, ensuring consistent progress from lead generation to closing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales KPIs.
- Leverage industry relationships to establish connections with decision-makers across various levels at potential customer organizations within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in restaurants, hospitality groups, and other foodservice channels.
- Collaborate with existing distributors while identifying and onboarding new distributors and resellers to expand market reach.
- Manage and maintain the sales CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales KPIs to measure business performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and associations, building relationships with key opinion leaders and industry experts to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, proactively identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Execute the sales strategy with both direct customers and distributors to achieve business growth objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support client needs and maximize the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
- Monitor competitor and market activities, providing regular updates and insights to management.
- Lead the company’s sales efforts, generating significant market momentum, and driving rapid penetration and sales growth.
